• A 20 a day habit will cost you £1,750 a year - based on a packet costing £4.80 - that's £17,500 over 10 years!
• In the UK there are around 13 million ex smokers - with around 70% for current smokers saying they want to quit - with the right frame of mind and commitment - you can do it;
• Around 400,000 deaths a year in the US are believed to be due to smoking related illnesses;
• There are over 4000 chemical compounds on tobacco smoke, 200 poisonous, and about 60 believed to be carcinogenic;
